About The Position

This is an Over-The-Road (OTR) driving position for Class A CDL Drivers in Shreveport, LA. The role offers competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,500 to $2,000, based on verifiable experience. Drivers will operate brand-new 2021 Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths equipped with modern amenities. The routes are primarily east of I-35, and the freight is mostly no-touch. A key feature of this position is guaranteed home time every other weekend for a full 48-hour reset, with the privilege of taking the truck home during resets, including parking assistance if needed. The company emphasizes open communication, quality equipment, and driver satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR experience

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A CDL trucks on OTR routes primarily east of I-35.
• Handle mostly no-touch freight, focusing on driving.
• Ensure safe operation of company equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams.
