About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated 3M account based out of Aberdeen, SD, offering high miles, consistent freight, and strong weekly pay. This regional driving position offers 2 weeks out with 2-3 days home. Drivers can expect to run the Midwest and surrounding states with consistent lanes, averaging 2,500 – 2,700 miles per week. The freight is 90% drop and hook with some live load/unload on backhauls. The equipment consists of 53’ dry vans, specifically 2022+ Kenworth T680 & Freightliner Cascadia (automatic) trucks. Pets and riders are allowed, and secure parking is available.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months recent CDL-A experience.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 120 days (company reimburses).
• Must be able to run days, nights, and evenings.
• Must be comfortable with winter driving.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A CDL truck.
• Operate within the Midwest and surrounding states.
• Handle 90% drop and hook freight.
• Perform some live load/unload on backhauls.
• Drive day, night, and evening shifts.
• Comfortable with winter driving conditions.
