CDL A Truck Driver - Paid Training for CDL A School Grads
About The Position
We are hiring both experienced OTR drivers and recent CDL school graduates for a regional route east of I-35. Drivers will be home every 12 days for 2 full days off. The position offers 100% no-touch dry van freight, with 70% drop and hook and 30% live unload. All runs are east of I-35, with no NYC. Drivers will be assigned their own truck, a 2022 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth with an automatic transmission and APU standard. Take-home is available for qualifying drivers. For new drivers, we offer 4 to 6 weeks of paid one-on-one OTR training with guaranteed weekly pay during training and full solo pay once upgraded. Orientation is paid at $300 for the week, with travel and hotel covered.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with no OTR restrictions.
- Active DOT medical card.
- At least 21 years of age.
- 6 months of verifiable experience or 120 hours from an approved CDL academy.
- No major violations or accidents on driving record.
- No red flags on background check.
- Clean pre-employment drug test.
