About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver for regional routes throughout the Southwest states. This position offers predictable routes, a consistent schedule with weekly home time, and operates 100% no-touch freight with a high drop & hook ratio. Drivers will operate newer, well-maintained tractors and have the ability to take their truck home during their weekly reset.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
SAP DRIVERS accepted if step 6 has been completed.

Responsibilities

Operate tractor-trailer for regional routes in the Southwest.
Ensure 100% no-touch freight.
Utilize drop and hook procedures for efficient operations.
Maintain a consistent schedule with weekly home time.
Take truck home during weekly reset.

Benefits

Weekly Earnings: Average $1,250 – $1,500 per week.
All-Mile Pay: Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL miles—whether you are running loaded or empty.
Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time.
Home Time: Out for 5 to 5.5 days, followed by a reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home.
