About The Position

Join our regional, dedicated team as a CDL Class A Driver supporting Family Dollar store routes across the region. This is a solo driving role with reliable freight, modern automatic equipment, weekly payroll, and strong earning potential—plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and guaranteed minimum weekly pay. The role involves operating a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally on a dedicated regional route, delivering freight to Family Dollar store locations. Drivers will assist with trailer unloading as required at delivery sites, perform thorough inspections, maintain accurate logs, communicate proactively with dispatch, and ensure cargo is secured. The position requires representing the company professionally at customer locations and supporting positive customer relationships.

Requirements

Age 21 or older.
Valid CDL Class A license.
Minimum of 3 months verifiable driving experience (Class A).
Ability and willingness to perform trailer unloading as part of the route requirements.
Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
Reliable attendance and the ability to follow a dedicated schedule and routing requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally on a dedicated regional route.

Communicate proactively with dispatch/operations regarding delays, road conditions, or service issues.
Ensure cargo is secured and handled properly to prevent damage and maintain delivery quality.
