About The Position
J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for shipping and delivery on critical loads throughout the continental US. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and strive to provide them with the care they need. This is a local CDL-A Truck Driver position for a dedicated fleet, offering home daily with 48-hour resets. The role involves a slipseat operation with newer model day cab trucks, and drivers will need to drive their personal vehicle each day to the DC. The position supports other sites in the region as needed, while still ensuring drivers are home daily. The primary responsibility is delivering dry and refrigerated groceries to stores in OH, IN & IL. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of Class A experience within the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT drug, alcohol, and safety requirements
- Tickets, accidents, and criminal history reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Responsibilities
- Deliver dry and refrigerated groceries to stores in OH, IN & IL
- Support other sites in the region as needed
- Weekend availability required
