About The Position

We are hiring recent CDL-A graduates for our Eastern Regional fleet. This is a great opportunity to launch your trucking career with paid training, consistent miles, and strong earning potential.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL training
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have held a regular U.S. driver’s license for the past 12 consecutive months
• No prior experience required
• SAP program drivers not eligible
• Must pass hair follicle drug test
• No DUI/DWI convictions
• Clean criminal background required
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No speeding tickets 15+ mph over the limit in the last 12 months
• No employment gaps of 1 year or more in the past 7 years (unless verifiable schooling or self-employment)

Nice To Haves

• Modified Training Option available for drivers who completed CDL training with another company and have no moving violations or preventable accidents.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class A CDL truck in the Eastern Regional fleet.
• Complete 4-6 weeks of training with a mentor.
• Transport dry van freight across all 48 states.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and background.
• Participate in day and night driving as required.
