About The Position

CDL A Team Truck Drivers are needed for immediate opportunities at R+L Carriers' Baltimore, MD Service Center. As a Team Driver, you will be responsible for pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and/or turn-point locations. Teams are on the road for 5 days and home for 2 days every week. This position offers an average annual earning of $140,000 to $160,000 per driver. PTO is available after the first 90 calendar days of employment.

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• 1 year of combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if successfully met FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL).
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen.
• Must be able to complete a successful road test.
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Must be dependable.

Nice To Haves

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements.
• Experienced hauling Haz-mat.
• Experienced pulling doubles.
• Any LTL freight experience.

Responsibilities

• Pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and/or turn-point locations.
• Operating equipment safely at all times.
