About The Position

This regional operation offers honest pay, regular weekly home time, and zero driver lumping. Drivers will drive an assigned late-model Kenworth or Freightliner Cascadia, hauling 100% dry van freight. The role is strictly zero driver touch, as customer freight is pre-loaded. Operations are mostly drop & hook for rapid turnarounds, with select scheduled live customer stops. Drivers will run a predictable regional footprint with known routes and receive weekly home time, with an optional miles program for those wanting to maximize paychecks. A dedicated load planner will assist drivers in optimizing their hours. The company also offers a mentorship program for trainees, welcoming both school grads and seasoned drivers, with paid training over the road.

Requirements

  • Active Class A CDL.
  • Recent trucking school graduate certificate or 6 months minimum tractor-trailer experience.
  • Must pass the standard DOT physical exam and drug screening.
  • Maximum of 2 moving violations on your MVR within the last 3 years.
  • Clean record: No DUI/DWI offenses in 36 months, and no felonies in the last 5 years.
