About The Position

Steady Northeast freight, weekly home time, and newer equipment give drivers a reliable schedule without constant route changes. This Class A CDL Truck Driver position based near Newark, NJ is built for drivers who want consistent regional miles and organized freight flow. This fleet operates regional Northeast lanes with freight moving through established customer networks. Drivers haul dry van freight with minimal physical labor since the loads are no-touch and primarily drop and hook. Some live load or unload stops occur, but freight is structured to keep delays limited and drivers moving. Miles stay steady because dispatch keeps freight preplanned and routes consistent from week to week. Drivers who prefer organized operations instead of constantly changing schedules tend to do well in this fleet. The company runs Kenworth, International, and Freightliner tractors that are less than three years old. Equipment is maintained regularly to minimize breakdowns and maximize uptime on the road. This Class A CDL Truck Driver role also includes yearly CPM increases tied to tenure. Drivers who remain with the fleet receive an additional $5,000 yearly bonus as part of the retention program. Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL license
  • At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
  • Must meet DOT hiring requirements
  • Clean driving record preferred

Responsibilities
