About The Position

We are seeking professional Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our Southwest Regional fleet. Enjoy consistent weekly home time, excellent earning potential, and top-tier equipment. Drive regional routes with 100% no-touch freight and a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety and hiring requirements.
• Background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Option to take the truck home during scheduled time off (safe parking required).

Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes with 100% no-touch freight.
• Operate assigned newer-model tractors (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International).
• Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety and hiring requirements.

Benefits

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,500 per week
• Paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Home weekly for a 34 to 48-hour reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days on the road)
• Assigned newer-model tractors (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
• $20 per hour for breakdown and detention time
