About The Position

Techo-Bloc is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Dump Trailer Driver, based out of our Pen Argyl, PA facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maneuvering dump trucks for regional deliveries, hauling aggregates or similar materials, and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. This role will operate a dump truck to transport and deliver bulk materials such as stone, sand, soil, or product loads to customer sites. The driver will safely load and unload materials, including proper use of dump mechanisms in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations. Responsibilities include obtaining and maintaining accurate delivery authorization and pickup documentation, verifying shipment documents, completing daily DOT pre-trip inspections and required logs, and submitting/verifying accuracy of all documentation. The driver will also be responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and routine maintenance checks of the assigned vehicle, reporting any issues, accidents, or damage to the leadership team. Trip-related receipts and expenses must be maintained and submitted. No tarping is required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), Class A required
  • 2+ years of commercial truck driving experience
  • Knowledge of applicable DOT rules and safe driving regulations
  • Adaptable: Able to anticipate and respond to unexpected situations (traffic, weather, road conditions, onsite restrictions).
  • Time-management: Committed to timely deliveries and providing quality service to our customers.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: Maintains accurate records for documents, gas cards, receipts, and load tickets.

  • Experience driving dump trucks or similar equipment preferred

Responsibilities
