CDL-A Trainees -Paid Mentorship Program
About The Position
This position is for CDL-A Trainees looking to start or grow their Over-the-Road (OTR) career. It is a dry van position that runs steady miles along the Eastern Seaboard with freight that stays east of the Mississippi River. The role offers consistent pay, predictable routing, and a clear path for trainees to move into solo driving. The paid training program lasts 4-6 weeks and includes mentor-based training with structured weekly progression. Upon upgrading, drivers can expect to earn $1,200-$1,400 weekly, with an additional $15 per stop. The position offers regular miles, dependable freight, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- 120 hours minimum from accredited CDL program
- Must be 21+ and meet all DOT requirements

Responsibilities
- Drive OTR dry van on East Coast lanes only.
- Maintain an average of 2,500 miles each week.
- Be home every two weeks.
- Handle a mix of live load/unload and drop & hook.
- Accept $15 stop pay on all stops.
- Participate in a paid training program lasting 4-6 weeks.
- Engage in mentor-based training with structured weekly progression.
