About The Position

We are seeking a CDL-A Team Truck Driver for PAM Transport, currently hiring in the Norfolk, VA area. In team driving, one driver rests in the sleeper berth while the other drives, allowing for maximum miles per week. Team rates are typically higher per mile than solo positions. This setup is ideal for couples, friends, or carrier-matched co-drivers. Ask about team matching programs if you don't have a co-driver yet.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum 3 months minimum of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) — no more than 3 minor violations in 3 years
• No DUI/DWI convictions
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• No at-fault preventable accidents in the past 3 years

• Experience as a team driver
• Familiarity with the Norfolk, VA area routes
