About The Position

Express Dedicated is hiring CDL-A Team Drivers for a dedicated regional account operating between Franklin, MA and Dunkirk, NY along the I-90 corridor. This position offers guaranteed pay, consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and weekly home time. Drivers can expect approximately 5,000 team miles per week while operating late-model equipment on a dedicated route.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A License
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
• Minimum age of 23 years
• Must be willing to operate as part of a team
• Must live within 100 miles of Franklin, MA
• Must meet all DOT requirements
• Strong safety record and stable work history

Responsibilities

• Operate as a CDL-A team driver on a dedicated route
• Safely transport dry van freight
• Complete live load and unload appointments
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Deliver freight safely and on time
