CDL-A Team Driver – No-Touch Freight + Sleeper Tractor
About The Position
The CDL-A Dedicated Team Driver position is a dedicated team-driving account starting in Ogden, Utah, with round-trip routes between Ogden, Utah, and Columbia City, Indiana. Drivers complete two round trips per week on consistent weekly routes and receive a weekly 34-hour reset at home. The work involves picking up preloaded 53-foot dry van trailers and transporting no-touch freight using company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and modern equipment. Pay is structured as split mileage pay. Average pay is $2,250 per team per week ($117,523 per team annually), with top pay of $2,550 per team per week ($131,950 annualized). Safety bonus incentives are available to eligible teams that meet the account’s safety requirements.
Requirements
- Each driver must have a valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- No SAP drivers.
- Ability to work as part of a driving team.
- Ability to safely operate a sleeper tractor on long-distance round-trip routes.
