About The Position
We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a solo OTR dry van seat. Drivers average $1,625+ a week on about 2,000 miles, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. This is an Over-The-Road position where drivers are out 10 to 14 days and then home for 2 days. Freight goes to all 48 states, mostly east of I-35. Trucks are governed at 68 mph and are equipped with a 1,250-watt inverter, but no APU. Dispatch plans your routes and fuel stops. NYC is never forced. A rider and one dog or cat up to 80 lbs are allowed.
Requirements
- 21 or older, Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months
- No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
- No DUI/DWI in 10 years
- Pass DOT physical, hair and urine drug screen
