About The Position

We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for solo or mentor opportunities based within 90 miles of Williamsport, PA. Drivers looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, and no-touch freight are encouraged to apply. Drivers can choose to run solo or become a mentor to enhance their pay. We are also looking for Driver Trainers (Mentors) to work with new drivers while continuing to earn strong miles and competitive pay. As a Driver Trainer, you will work one-on-one with student drivers as they complete their required over-the-road training. Trainers receive priority dispatch and have access to additional pay opportunities while helping new drivers build safe driving habits. New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply, and we offer paid training, including over-the-road training with an experienced mentor, to help them build their experience and confidence.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Must live within 90 miles of Williamsport, PA
Must be at least 21 years old
Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Run solo OTR routes, typically out 5-7 days.
Work one-on-one with student drivers as they complete their required over-the-road training.
Help new drivers build safe driving habits.
Take home time or run solo between trainees.
