About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Semi-Local Driver for a no-touch freight position. This role offers competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and a schedule designed to provide regular home time. You will be responsible for delivering to Dollar Tree stores across several Midwestern states.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of CDL-A experience.
- Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
- Must pass a hair follicle drug test.
- Clean MVR required.
- No SAP drivers.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver to Dollar Tree stores throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky.
- Operate a semi-trailer truck safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Benefits
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,700
- Annual Earnings: $75,000–$100,000
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in installments during your first 6 months
- $245 per unloaded trailer
- $70 per backhaul
- $25 per stop
- Home 3–4 times per week
- 2 days of paid orientation/training at $150 per day
