About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Route Driver for a local, dedicated, no-touch freight position. Drivers will operate out of the Walmart Distribution Center in Casa Grande, AZ, executing local/regional loops within a 225-mile radius. This role involves managing 8 to 15 loads per week, with an average of 3 to 4 store stops per load. The position offers daily home time, multiple pay streams including Mileage Band Pay, Stop Pay, and Detention Pay, and involves zero physical labor as all loads are live unloads handled by receivers. Drivers will operate modern, company-maintained day cabs with automatic transmissions.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
Willingness and ability to work any assigned shift, including weekends and night/early AM dispatches.
Reliable personal transportation to commute daily to the Casa Grande distribution center.
Must live within 50 miles of Casa Grande, AZ.
Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

Safely execute local/regional loops delivering directly to retail stores within a strict 225-mile radius of the DC.
Manage 8 to 15 loads per week, with an average of 3 to 4 store stops per load.
Operate late-model, company-maintained day cabs equipped with smooth automatic transmissions.
Ensure all loads are handled as 100% no-touch freight.
