CDL-A Regional Truck Driver
About The Position
This dedicated account offers established freight lanes, familiar delivery points, and weekly home time. Drivers benefit from steady miles, predictable scheduling, and freight from the same customer throughout the week. Drivers haul dedicated customer freight throughout established regional routes. Over time, drivers become familiar with customer locations, freight patterns, and weekly lane expectations. Albany Trucking is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements
- A valid CDL-A license
- At least 6 months of recent CDL-A driving experience
- A safe driving history
- A positive attitude and dedication to professionalism and customer service
Responsibilities
- Haul dedicated customer freight throughout established regional routes.
- Become familiar with customer locations, freight patterns, and weekly lane expectations.
- Maintain a dependable weekly schedule.
- Focus on the job without constantly adjusting to changing freight networks or unfamiliar operating areas.
- Drive clean, late-model equipment with advanced safety and driver-friendly features.
- Provide ongoing safety support and training.
- Work with a team that understands the demands of dedicated freight operations and works to keep routes moving efficiently throughout the week.
