About The Position

Join our Northeast Regional Fleet and secure a stable driving career with predictable scheduling and reliable weekly home time. This route is designed for drivers who want to maximize their earning potential on consistent regional runs while maintaining a strong work-life balance with guaranteed weekend resets. Our modern fleet consists of well-maintained 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth trucks, supported by 24/7 dispatch for around-the-clock operational support. We offer a rider and pet policy starting on day one. Paid orientation is provided, and benefits begin after 30 days of employment.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
  • Minimum of 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (operating 40ft+ trailers).
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must permanently reside in Pennsylvania (PA), Maryland (MD), New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), or Delaware (DE).
  • Clean MVR and PSP.
  • No recent DUI history.
  • SAP program graduates are not accepted.

Nice To Haves

  • NYC routing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a tractor-trailer on a regional route primarily from Virginia (VA) to Maine (ME), and west to Eastern Ohio.
  • Ensure 100% no-touch freight operations with live loads and preloaded trailers.
  • Adhere to a predictable schedule with guaranteed weekend home time (Saturday-Sunday) for a full 34-hour reset.
  • Maintain an average of 1,700 miles per week with a predictable 400-mile average length of haul.
  • Handle extra stops, Long Island deliveries, and detention time as required.
  • Maintain a clean MVR and PSP, with no recent DUI history.
  • Utilize company-provided modern equipment (2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth trucks).
  • Communicate with 24/7 dispatch for operational support.
