About The Position

Regional dry van runs across IL, OH, IN, MI, KY — within a 400-mile radius of home. This position offers preloaded trailers and drop & hook, meaning no waiting at shippers or receivers. Drivers can expect to average 2,200+ miles per week. Flexible home time is available, with 34-hour resets typically occurring at home on weekends. The pay ranges from $0.56–$0.64 per mile based on experience, with average weekly pay between $1,400-$1,500. The company also provides detention, layover, and breakdown pay, with extra pay for short haul and extra stops. The equipment consists of Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 trucks, both automatic and manual, no older than 2 years, and equipped with fridges, power inverters, and APU units. A training program is available for recent CDL graduates with under 6 months of experience, lasting 4–6 weeks with an instructor, and paying $900/week during training.

Requirements

• 21 years old & Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of tractor trailer experience or recent CDL A Graduate
• Clean MVR & PSP
• No DUI, DWI, or SAP drivers
• No felonies or misdemeanors in the last 10 years

• Recent CDL graduates are welcome.
• Under 6 months experience will receive 4–6 week training with an instructor.
