Freight You'll be running dedicated deliveries throughout Virginia and West Virginia. This dedicated route averages 4 loads per week covering approximately 2,000 miles. Each load averages 490 miles. Freight includes a mix of drop-and-hook and live unloads using a powered pallet jack with no heavy lifting required. Schedule This dedicated position operates 7 days a week with primarily overnight runs. You'll work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of your scheduled work week. Drivers receive home weekly time with a full 34-hour reset. Drivers living within 30 miles of the distribution center may be able to take 10-hour breaks at home. Route Your dedicated territory covers Virginia and West Virginia, with backhauls typically routing through Indianapolis. Equipment Albany Trucking provides 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth trucks equipped with 1200-1500 watt inverters. Drivers are assigned sleeper trucks for this dedicated route, and all equipment is maintained for long-haul reliability.
