About The Position

Drive for a dedicated regional retail account serving DOLLAR TREE from Ridgefield, Washington. The account carries all dry freight, with 2–4 loads per week and 3–4 stops per load. Drivers unload trailers using rollers and travel through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California. The role offers hourly pay based on experience, overtime pay, a safe and on-time bonus, and average weekly and annual earnings as listed in the posting.

Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Day and night shifts are available, and days off vary according to freight demand. Time off may be reduced during the holiday season. Drivers use dedicated sleeper equipment and dry van trailers. Drivers who live more than 50 miles from Ridgefield must have a safe, authorized place to park the truck.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Comfort unloading freight with rollers.
• Ability to perform physical freight-handling duties.
• Availability for day or night shifts.
• Flexibility with days off based on freight demands.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• Drivers may not have SAP status.
• Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, Washington must have a safe and authorized place to park the truck.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes serving a dedicated DOLLAR TREE retail account.
• Transport all-dry freight through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California.
• Complete 2–4 loads per week, with 3–4 stops per load.
• Unload trailers using rollers and perform physical freight-handling duties.
• Follow shift schedules and days off based on freight demand.
• Maintain a safe and on-time driving record.
