CDL-A Regional Driver
About The Position
Secure an immediate seat in our expanding Regional Fleet. We are actively booking orientations for commercial drivers who want consistent miles, a stable bi-weekly rotation, and a reliable trucking network. This is a refrigerated operation (Reefer) with 100% No-Touch Freight requirements. Drivers will average 1,900 to 2,100 miles weekly within favorable regional lanes. The position offers scheduled routing, bringing you home every two weeks. The network operates on a 24/7 continuous dispatch system, requiring flexibility for day/night driving shifts and weekend/holiday rotations. We are open to both Solo operators and established Driving Teams.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
- Open to Trainees (recent school graduates)
- Open to experienced First Seat drivers
- Zero specialized endorsements required to start
Responsibilities
- Drive a Class A CDL vehicle
- Complete assigned regional routes
- Adhere to 100% No-Touch Freight requirements
- Maintain a consistent schedule for home time every two weeks
- Be flexible for day/night driving shifts and weekend/holiday rotations
Benefits
- Gross Target: $1,200 - $1,300 weekly average gross earnings
- Mileage Compensation: $0.51 CPM base starting rate
- Additional Pay: $15.00 flat rate for every route stop
