About The Position

Seeking experienced Local/Regional NC Company Drivers with a valid CDL A and a passion for the open road. Average earnings range from $1,300 - $1,600 per week, plus bonuses. Drivers are set up as independent contractors and receive transparent weekly payments via ACH/Wire transfer direct deposit from the first week. Benefits include bonuses, 24/7 support from the tracking team, personalized HR agent support, and paid vacations ($500 after 1 year, $1,000 after 2+ years).

Requirements

Class A CDL License & valid medical card.
At least 23 years old.
MVR and PSP records should be reasonably clean.
Not prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.
Negative drug test results.
No major convictions on the Criminal background check.
Flexibility.

Nice To Haves

Preferably, living area radius: 50 miles.
Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
Experience operating heavy equipment.
Familiarity with different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dry vans, and reefers.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a variety of trucks and heavy equipment.
No touch Freight.
Follow specific routes and schedules for efficient delivery of goods.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors to report any issues or delays in delivery.
