About The Position

This regional position is built around steady freight flow and cleaner route planning from week to week. Drivers operate on established regional lanes with freight that moves consistently through the Southwest and neighboring markets. Dispatch plans loads in advance whenever possible, helping reduce unnecessary route changes and keeping trips organized from pickup to delivery. The focus is on maintaining dependable miles and a schedule drivers can count on. Drivers haul primarily no-touch dry van freight with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads. Some live loads are part of the operation, but freight is scheduled to keep delays to a minimum. Regional lanes are designed to provide consistent movement throughout the week while allowing drivers to return home for a weekly reset. Repeat freight and established customer lanes help create a more predictable work schedule. Drivers are assigned newer sleeper tractors equipped with automatic transmissions and modern safety technology. Equipment is maintained on a preventative maintenance schedule to help minimize breakdowns and reduce unnecessary downtime. Dry van trailers are well maintained and assigned to support reliable regional freight operations.

Requirements

Hold a valid Class A CDL.
Have recent tractor-trailer experience.
Meet one of the following experience requirements: 3 months in the last 6 months, 6 months in the last 12 months, 12 months in the last 2 years, or 18 months in the last 3 years.
