This fleet operates through established Southeast and Midwest freight corridors where dry van freight remains active throughout the year. Drivers run regional lanes through Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Alabama, Georgia, and surrounding areas, providing a good mix of mileage opportunity and route familiarity. Dispatch works to coordinate freight in advance whenever possible. Having the next load planned helps maintain momentum between assignments and reduces unnecessary downtime. Drivers can focus on completing their routes safely while dispatch manages the flow of freight and scheduling behind the scenes.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Acceptable driving and safety record
- Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
Responsibilities
- Run regional lanes through Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Alabama, Georgia, and surrounding areas.
- Maintain freight momentum and scheduling consistency.
- Focus on completing routes safely.
- Operate late-model Freightliner and International tractors with automatic transmissions.
