The CDL-A Regional Driver operates assigned equipment on established regional lanes, primarily east of I-35, hauling 100% no-touch freight. Freight is approximately 60% drop-and-hook and 40% scheduled live-load. Drivers return home weekly, and all dispatched miles, both loaded and empty, are paid. Assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors may be parked at home when suitable parking is available. Equipment includes a Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, double bunk, and Bluetooth capability. The fleet uses SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic trailers and outward-facing cameras only. Pay is $1,375–$1,625 per week, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, quarterly performance incentives, and additional accessorial pay opportunities when applicable. Company-paid orientation includes orientation pay. After orientation, drivers move directly into scheduled regional freight assignments with established lane coverage. Benefits include medical, vision, prescription, and life insurance after 90 days; holiday pay after 90 days; a rider and pet policy with no waiting period; paid vacation after one year; and a 401(k) available after one year. American Trucking Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
