About The Position

This regional driver position offers a dedicated route covering Central and Southern Florida out of Ocala. Drivers can expect to be home every week for a full 34-hour reset. The role involves unloading dry freight using roller assist, with boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Drivers will operate late-model Freightliner Cascadias and Western Stars, which are automatically assigned and equipped with Best Pass toll transponders. The company guarantees a weekly paycheck and offers competitive mileage pay that scales with experience.

Requirements

• Age 21+ with a valid Class A CDL matching your residence state.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 12 months.
• Maximum of 2 jobs held in the last year.
• Clean MVR: Maximum of 2 moving violations and ZERO preventable accidents in the last 3–5 years (if under 23: max 1 violation in last 12 months).
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
• Must pass mandatory hair follicle and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer on a regional route covering Central and Southern Florida.
• Complete 3 to 4 turns per week, averaging 3 to 5 stops per load.
• Unload dry freight using roller assist.
• Maintain a clean MVR and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods.
