This is a full-time W2 role for a CDL-A Regional Driver with steady freight and planned routes. Drivers can expect consistent miles and minimal downtime, with dry van freight and no-touch loads. Approximately 60% of the loads are drop and hook, with a mix of live and preloaded trailers. Runs can be day or night depending on dispatch. Drivers typically run 2,200–2,500 miles per week and earn between $1,200 and $1,500 weekly. Home time is provided every two weeks on a consistent and planned schedule. The company offers assigned Freightliner and Kenworth tractors (2022–2025) that are well-maintained and equipped with APUs. The position is open to both recent CDL holders and experienced drivers, with 4–6 weeks of training provided with a dedicated mentor. Guaranteed weekly pay is offered during training, which focuses on real routes, safety, inspections, and day-to-day operations. After training, drivers transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM.
