CDL-A Regional Driver
About The Position
Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for practical dispatch flow, regional consistency, and weekly home time built around steady freight movement throughout the week. Drivers will be assigned their own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features. Equipment is maintained on schedule to help reduce downtime and support consistent freight movement. Dispatch planning is built around maintaining practical scheduling and steady route flow for drivers running regional freight. Transition pay is provided during the first few weeks to help drivers get familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience
Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A truck for regional freight.
- Maintain practical dispatch flow and regional consistency.
- Ensure steady freight movement throughout the week.
- Utilize assigned Peterbilt 579 equipment.
- Adhere to scheduled equipment maintenance.
- Participate in orientation and transition pay period.
