The role focuses on no-touch automotive freight, with a strong drop-and-hook network, ensuring consistent movement and dependable miles. Drivers primarily operate east of I-35, hauling automotive freight that is 100% no-touch and approximately 90% drop-and-hook. The average length of haul is around 500 miles, with drivers running between 2,500 and 3,000 miles per week. Drivers typically stay out 7-10 days, followed by a 34-48 hour reset at home, with flexibility for home time needs when possible. The fleet consists mainly of Peterbilt 579 trucks, equipped with inverters and refrigerators, and drivers may take assigned equipment home. Orientation is completed online, and DOT physicals are scheduled close to home. Transportation to pick up the truck is provided after onboarding.
