About The Position

Regional dry van freight with dependable lane coverage. Mostly drop-and-hook, no-touch loads. Late-model Peterbilt equipment with driver amenities. Performance bonus opportunities available. Regional freight stability and balanced route planning give CDL-A truck drivers the opportunity to stay productive while hauling no-touch freight through established regional lanes. This position is built for drivers who prefer steady miles, practical equipment, and a straightforward over-the-road schedule. Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 hauling regional dry van freight. Most loads are drop and hook, helping reduce delays at customer locations while keeping trucks moving. Average weekly mileage ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 miles with freight planned to support productive trips throughout each dispatch.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A with a current DOT medical card.
  • 3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 1 year within the last 3 years.
  • Experience operating a tractor with a 40-foot or longer trailer.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automatic transmission equipment.
  • Familiarity with inverter and refrigerator usage.

Responsibilities

  • Haul regional dry van freight east of I-35.
  • Operate late-model Peterbilt trucks.
  • Manage drop-and-hook, no-touch loads.
  • Maintain an average of 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week.
  • Adhere to a schedule of 7-10 days out followed by 34-48 hour home time.
  • Utilize assigned equipment for extended trips.
  • Ensure efficient operation by spending more time driving and less time waiting.
