About The Position

We are onboarding Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail fleet operating out of central Indiana. This lane offers guaranteed daily rates, consistent weekly miles, and hands-off freight so you can earn a reliable paycheck without the physical strain. The route covers stores across Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Michigan. Drivers will be dispatched on Sunday and return home every Friday afternoon for a full 34-hour weekend reset. The role involves both day and night driving, store deliveries to retail malls, multi-stop drops, and tight backing situations. Drivers are guaranteed off on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Requirements

Active Class A Commercial Driver's License.
Current DOT Medical Card.
At least 21 years old.
Drivers must live within 75 miles of hiring hubs in Indianapolis, Indiana, or Gary, Indiana.
MVR must reflect no severe preventable collisions over the last 5 years.
Job tenure showing no more than 4 driving employers in the trailing 12 months.
Mandatory completion of pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant).
