About The Position

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail account operating out of northern Mississippi. This route combines steady mileage pay with strong per-load unload compensation—giving you total control over your weekly earnings. The position offers a weekly pay range of $1,300 – $1,700 average gross per week, with calculated annual earnings between $67,600 – $88,400 per year. The compensation structure includes $0.50 CPM for all miles driven, $200 per trailer unload, and $25 per stop. A short-haul rate of $40 applies to loads under 100 miles. Drivers can expect to drive between 1,000 – 1,700 consistent weekly miles. An additional $100/week performance bonus is available for maintaining 5-day availability without safety incidents or service delays. The freight is 100% manual hand-unload dry van freight. The home time schedule involves being out during the week and returning home once weekly for your 34-hour reset. The route environment includes day and night dispatches with weekend runs required, though drivers are typically off for calendar holidays.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
Must possess a current DOT medical certificate.
Minimum age requirement is 21.
Trainees with 0 months experience are welcome (must hold a valid CDL-A).
Experienced solos need 6+ months tractor-trailer time in the last 12 months (or 12 months in the past 5 years).
Local driving time counts fully.
Must live within 50 miles of Olive Branch, Mississippi, or designated hiring zip codes across Mississippi and Tennessee.
Must be physically capable of performing repeated manual trailer unloads (handling materials weighing 50 to 75 pounds).
MVR must reflect no severe preventable collisions over the last 5 years.
Job tenure must show no more than 4 driving employers in the trailing 12 months.
Mandatory completion of pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant).
