About The Position
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Whirlpool account based in Bridgeton, MO. This position offers steady miles, predictable routes, and reliable home time. The freight consists of finished appliances and runs regionally throughout the Midwest and surrounding states. The schedule involves night driving with AM deliveries, and freight runs 7 days a week, with the majority of runs occurring Sunday through Thursday. Start times vary, ranging from as early as 3:00 PM to as late as 2:00 AM.
Requirements
- CDL-A License
- Must be comfortable with night driving
- Ability to handle driver assist when needed
Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A vehicle for regional routes.
- Transport finished appliances for the dedicated Whirlpool account.
- Complete approximately 4.5 loads per week, averaging ~1,750 miles per week.
- Handle driver assist when needed.
- Adhere to night driving requirements and AM delivery schedules.
