About The Position

This is a local truck driver position for recent graduates with a Class A CDL. The role involves driving a 53' Dry Van with no-touch deliveries. Drivers will be home daily and work a night shift, either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday. The position offers weekly pay via direct deposit, monthly performance bonuses, and a tuition reimbursement program. The work location is Opelika and surrounding cities within a 40-mile radius, specifically at the Walmart DC in Opelika.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid CDL A.
• Must have completed 120 hours in truck school.
• No SAP drivers.
• No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years.
• No 15 mph over speeding tickets in the last 12 months.
• No at-fault accidents in the last 12 months.
• No suspensions in the last 12 months.
• No year-long gap of unemployment in the last 2 years (unless in school/self-employment, which must be verifiable).
• Cannot be terminated from the last driving position.
• Must be able to pass a hair test.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Must have held a USA license for at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 53' Dry Van for no-touch deliveries.
• Operate within Opelika and cities within a 40-mile radius.
• Adhere to a night shift schedule (Tues-Sat or Sun-Thur).
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Participate in the tuition reimbursement program.
