About The Position
New England Truck Center (NETC Fleet Services) is hiring an experienced CDL-A Ramp Driver based out of Bow, NH. This is a dedicated ramp position where the driver will be loading, securing, and transporting vehicles and equipment, not running general freight.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card
- CDL-A driving experience required
- Clean driving record and the ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check
- Solid load-securement skills and comfort working outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb on and off equipment
Nice To Haves
- Ramp, lowboy, or equipment-hauling experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A ramp truck/trailer to transport vehicles and equipment safely and on schedule
- Load and unload using ramps and winch, and secure every load to DOT standards
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and keep accurate logs and paperwork
- Represent the company professionally with customers on site and on the road
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
