About The Position

NFI is seeking independent owner-operators to partner with the company and operate under NFI authority. Drivers use their own trucks and run local home-daily or short-haul intermodal routes from the Savannah, Georgia port. Freight is available year-round on a steady schedule and is mostly drop-and-hook. Partners may receive weekly settlements of $4,000–$5,000, paid port standby pay, and a sign-on incentive of $2,500–$5,000 depending on the role. Partners also have access to NFI’s privately owned chassis and trailer pool and various partnership programs and discounts.

Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer and port experience.
• A Class A license.
• At least 21 years of age.
