Requirements

Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
Must be at least 21 years old
Minimum 6 months of OTR or Regional driving experience within the last 3 years
Clean driving record (MVR) and strong commitment to safety and compliance
Ability to meet DOT physical and all applicable pre-employment requirements
Reliable, professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
CDL-A operation
Over-the-road (OTR) driving
DOT/FMCSA compliance

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally on OTR routes
Plan trips efficiently to meet appointment times and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements
Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation (e.g., ELD, trip paperwork, DVIRs as applicable)
Communicate proactively with dispatch and operations regarding ETAs, delays, and load status
Secure and protect freight as required; follow shipper/receiver procedures
Practice defensive driving and comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards
Represent the company respectfully with customers and the public at all times
