About The Position

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Solo Company Drivers for Over-the-Road (OTR) positions. This role offers consistent OTR miles, primarily no-touch freight, and the opportunity to drive late-model Kenworth equipment. Drivers will operate within the Lower 48 states, hauling temperature-controlled products such as boxed beef, chicken, pork, and beer. The position requires drivers to be comfortable staying out for approximately 3-4 weeks at a time, with 5 days of home time.

Requirements

Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR or qualifying Regional tractor-trailer experience.
Training time does not count toward qualifying experience.
Must be comfortable staying out for extended periods and sleeping in the truck.
Must meet DOT physical and medical-card requirements.
Must meet company driving-record, accident, employment-history, background, and drug-screening requirements.
SAP Drivers must be at Step 6.

$1,000 guaranteed weekly gross pay when eligibility requirements are met
Average 2,300–2,500 miles per week
Starting pay: $0.45–$0.65 CPM, based on experience
Loaded and empty miles paid
Pay progression based on safe driving, length of service, and completion of safety classes
Weekly earning potential of approximately $1,000–$1,625
99% no-touch freight
Approximately 70% drop & hook
Approximately 30% live load
