CDL-A OTR Driver
About The Position
Looking for a driving job that actually rewards you for staying? Drivers on this Broken Arrow dedicated account start with guaranteed pay, then watch their weekly average climb as they build tenure. This route offers predictable freight with 1,800 to 2,400 miles every week. Your pay is locked in for the first 3 months after your first solo run, with no ceiling on your average as experience builds. Drivers will operate dry van trailers and handle a mix of live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook. The schedule allows for home time every 2 to 3 weeks, with both day and night dispatch available. Weekend driving is expected, but holidays can be requested off. The coverage area runs from Denver east, skipping New England, across 27 states total.
Requirements
- Brand new CDL-A holders welcome, or drivers with 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
- 120+ hours of training completed at an accredited school
- At least 21 years old
- Driver's license valid in your current state of residence
- No more than 2 moving violations over the past 2 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Clean hair and urine drug test required
