CDL-A No-Touch Freight Driver
About The Position
This CDL-A truck driver position is built for drivers who want steady freight, clear weekly pay, and equipment that supports productive miles without adding unnecessary complications to the workweek. Drivers will run lower 48 no-touch dry van freight with home weekly scheduling and earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week. The role involves 100% no-touch dry van freight, general commodity, with the majority of loads being drop-and-hook. Drivers have the option to choose from Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts, subject to availability. The trucks range from 2017 to 2022 models and are equipped with automatic transmission, APU, and inverter. Trailers are dry vans hauling general commodity freight. Transportation to orientation will be provided via flight or rental car, meals are included, and drivers will receive $1,000 in orientation pay.
Requirements
- CDL-A license in the state of residence
- 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years
- Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer
- Current DOT physical or assistance with covering the cost of a new one
