Drivers based in Montgomery run established regional lanes with steady no-touch freight, planned dispatch coordination, and reliable mileage designed to keep trucks moving efficiently throughout each work cycle. This role involves no-touch regional dry van freight, primarily drop-and-hook loads, with average haul lengths of 700–750 miles. Drivers operate automatic Freightliner and Kenworth trucks and have access to a rider and pet program after approval. The operation is designed to minimize unnecessary changes and provide a more consistent driving schedule.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL required
Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience required

Responsibilities

Operate automatic Freightliner and Kenworth tractors.
Run established regional lanes with steady no-touch freight.
Handle majority drop-and-hook loads, with some live unload freight depending on the customer.
Follow a structured 12-day schedule with a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend.
Utilize organized dispatch planning for predictable routes and steady mileage opportunities.
Minimize downtime between assignments.
Maintain consistent weekly movement across regional routes.
Take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations.
Communicate with dispatch and maintenance support teams for assistance with routing, load planning, and equipment coordination.
