CDL-A No-Touch Driver
About The Position
This CDL-A truck driver position is designed for drivers who want consistent dry van freight, dependable weekly pay, and a straightforward freight setup with regular home time. Drivers will run 100% no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48 states. The operating area covers the lower 48 states, with the majority of loads being drop-and-hook to minimize downtime. Drivers have the option to choose from Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts (subject to availability), with trucks ranging from 2017 to 2022 models equipped with automatic transmission, APU, and inverter. Trailers are dry vans hauling general commodity freight.
Requirements
- CDL-A license in the state of residence
- 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years
- Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer
- Current DOT physical or assistance with covering the cost of a new one
Responsibilities
- Run 100% no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48 states.
- Operate trailers 48 feet or longer.
- Handle majority drop-and-hook loads to minimize downtime.
