About The Position
Easier no-touch freight and established dry van lanes help create a steady workload for drivers who prefer consistent miles and regular time at home. This position involves dry van freight hauling general commodities, with drivers typically averaging 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Operating lanes run throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States. Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with automatic transmission, APU and inverter, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Acceptable driving history.
- Ability to operate 53' dry van trailers.
- Meet current DOT medical certification standards.
Nice To Haves
- Previous tractor-trailer experience is preferred.
