About The Position

Carvana is seeking a CDL A Local Driver for their Akron, NY location. This position offers competitive pay with a pay-per-mile compensation structure, bonus opportunities, and a $5,000 relocation bonus for qualified candidates willing to relocate. Drivers will be home daily after each route. The role involves moving cars between production facilities and delivery hubs, ensuring safe and timely delivery of customer vehicles. No car-hauling experience is necessary as fully paid, top-tier training is provided to safely load and operate 9-car haulers.

Requirements

• Valid CDL driver's license with Med Card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or equivalent military experience
• Willingness to relocate to Akron, NY

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance
• Loading and securing vehicles on our 9 car haulers
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining driver log
• Transporting vehicles between Carvana locations
• Must adhere to the delivery schedule
• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars
• Communicate with transportation team
