About The Position

Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc., located in Central and Southwest VA, is a large beverage distribution company seeking a full-time SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CDL-A). The individual in this position requires a CDL-A and will be responsible for delivering pre-sold beverage products to retail customers on an assigned route. This position reports directly to the Delivery Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class A license with current medical card.
• Excellent driving record.
• Standing; walking; sitting; stooping; fine finger and hand manipulation; speaking clearly; hearing to be able to maintain conversation; seeing to be able to read and to drive a vehicle; and lifting, moving, and carrying 25-40 lbs. repetitively, and occasionally up to 170 lbs. when handling kegs.
• Must be able to bend, lift, carry, climb, stoop and stack product using a hand truck or electric pallet jack.
• All candidates must consent to a pre-employment drug screen that includes testing for the presence of THC.

Nice To Haves

• Strong math, verbal and written communication skills preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities
